1st Day

Welcome to Kampung Life

Your kampung adventure begins with a warm welcome breakfast at our beachfront restaurant, followed by an interactive introduction to permaculture practices, including sustainable gardening, composting, and food forests. After exploring the farm, dive into a hands-on gardening workshop, where you'll plant herbs and forage ingredients for tomorrow's Nasi Ulam cooking session. Unwind with traditional kampung games in the afternoon before enjoying a farm-to-table dinner under the stars. End the day with a cozy campfire storytelling session, sharing tales and building connections.

2nd Day

Exploring Local Flavors and Sustainability

Start the day with an early visit to a local market, immersing yourself in the vibrant culture and fresh produce. After a hearty market breakfast, return to Cradle by the Sea for a hands-on Nasi Ulam cooking workshop, using freshly picked herbs and farm produce. Savor your creations during lunch before participating in an aquaponics workshop, where you’ll learn the art of sustainable farming that combines fish and plants. In the afternoon, enjoy a fishing session at our farm pond, catching fresh ingredients for the evening's BBQ dinner. Celebrate the kampung spirit with nostalgic songs and dances by the sea.

3rd Day

Wrapping Up the Kampung Adventure

Begin your morning with a light stretch and farm harvest session, gathering fresh ingredients for a wholesome farm-fresh breakfast. Engage in a closing workshop, where you’ll learn practical ways to bring the kampung spirit and sustainable practices into your daily life. Conclude your journey with a heartfelt farewell lunch, celebrating the bonds and memories formed during the retreat. Depart with new skills, cherished moments, and a renewed appreciation for the simplicity and serenity of kampung living.
